The Teacher Brain

 Budget Hack

The

wake-up

call

After years of fighting about money, a medical crisis forced my husband to leave his high-paying, but physically demanding job. Our income was cut by more than $100,000 and I became the primary wage earner… on a teacher's salary. But it also forced us to decide what really mattered. So we got creative with our finances… and along the way, we saved our marriage!

In this live masterclass, The Teacher Brain Budget Hack, you’ll learn how to use the same simple, teacher-tested strategies you use in your classroom to create calm, confidence, and control with your finances — without shame or overwhelm.

I never thought I would teach  budgeting. But when I asked teachers what they were looking for, 98% of teachers surveyed asked for THIS course!

And when I pitched it to the Governor's Get Started Utah competition, I won the People's Choice Award.

People are hungry to know how I got out of debt and saved 6 months of income… on a teacher's salary.

If you're curious too, save your seat today.

“This class was simple, easy to understand, and to the point.”

“Since we started applying these principles, my wife and I have stopped fighting about money. We're learning to be true partners.”

“This was the first time that budgeting didn't feel boring. It felt personal.”

sound familiar?

You can plan a perfect lesson — but your paycheck disappears before the month does.

You feel guilty spending on yourself,  but no prob grabbing that perfect holiday lesson bundle for your students.

Every budget talk at home feels like a parent–teacher conference gone wrong.

You can manage 36 teens without breaking a sweat, but you still feel “bad with money.”

You love teaching — but you’re tired of feeling like choosing this career meant choosing to be broke.

If any of these sound like you, it's not because you're inherently bad with money. It's because you need a budgeting system that works like you teach: simple, structured, and built for REAL life. You need a system that will help you reframe your money mindset, the same way you help your students rethink success in the classroom: with systematic, step-by-step scaffolding.

 Hi. I'm Mary.

Veteran teacher and Instructional Coach, I'm passionate about helping educators bring structure, confidence, and calm to every part of life.

For years, though, my own finances felt anything but structured. Then a medical crisis made ME the primary wage earner — and I realized something had to change. I began applying the same strategies I used to help struggling students — scaffolding, mindset shifts, and small wins — to my money. The results were life-changing: I got out of debt, built a six-month emergency fund, and found peace again… all on a teacher’s salary.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned through all of this, it’s that even though teachers don't get into this profession for the money, they still crave the peace of mind that comes from having confidence that their finances are taken care of.

Because you don’t need another complex spreadsheet — you just need a system that works the way you teach: structured, flexible, and full of grace.

Do you have to be a teacher to join this masterclass?

Not at all!

While this class was designed with teachers in mind — and I use plenty of classroom language and examples — the strategies are simple, practical, and totally adaptable. If you’re ready to finally feel calm and confident with your money, you’ll fit right in.
